GENERAL

Yea, we do not use any of our products on animals for testing purposes. We also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing. None of our materials or finished products are tested on animals.

When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount code text box, which is located at the right side of the checkout page. 

 

If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box is in the order summary.

We don't offer free samples for any of our products at this time.

Discount codes will not apply to some discounted items, collaboration items and other products. Discount codes also have expiration dates and are subject to change at any time.

In the footer of all of our emails there is an unsubscribe button, Click that and confirm you want to unsubscribe. However, if you do you'll miss out on the latest deals and releases at Likeglam. ;)

SHIPPING

The status of your delivery can be tracked using the Track my order page.

A tracking link is also supplied in your shipping confirmation email. It will allow you to track your delivery via the couriers website. 

The courier may contact you by email or phone regarding your delivery. This will depend on whether you supplied a mobile phone number at checkout.

Please copy your order tracking code and paste to this site and click "TRACK"

We provide tracked shipping to all of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and most European countries such as Germany and the UK. 

Please contact us if you are unsure.

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to edit your order.

There is a very small amount of time after an order has been placed, when we might be able to change your shipping address, but this isn't guaranteed.

If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order.

If you want to change your order, contact us at info@likeglam.com with your order number and the reason, we will try and amend it for you.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 30 days of delivery. 

To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. 

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

To arrange a return please contact us at info@likeglam.com with your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will email back with instructions on how to return the item.

Please allow up to 21 working days for action of your return.

Note: Like Glam will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any shipping fees. 

In accordance to our shipping policy, if your order is not received within 38 days, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

Payment

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues. 

We accept the payments from the following credit and debit cards: 

Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, American Express, Visa Electron.

You can also pay via Apple Pay, Cryptocurrency and Google Pay.

All charges are made in Pounds Sterling and this will be displayed clearly at the checkout before payment and on the order confirmation email, all orders are processed at the most recent exchange rate available.

Please allow 5 to 9 business days for your refund to process. If you have not received a refund after this time. Please email us at info@likeglam.com.

All prices on our website are in the currency that you have chosen. However, all checkouts are in US Dollar. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. 

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

Order

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to cancel your order.

We might be able to cancel your order on the same day of placing it, however, we cannot swap or add items to your order.

If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order.

If you want to cancel your order, contact us at info@likeglam.com with your order number and the reason of cancellation, we will try and fix for you.

It is likely that if you order more than one product, you will receive them separately due to our company working from multiple warehouses.

If you only receive one package, please allow at least 2 weeks for the next package to arrive before contacting us. The item may not have been shipped out immediately which may be due to one of the following reasons:

- The item being on back order

- A delay with the delivery company

- Location of the warehouse that the product was sent from

- Customs delays

If you have not received your other item(s) after the two weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. 

We always package items as securely as possible.

Please report damaged items to our customer team by completing the Contact Us form below or emailing us at info@likeglam.com.

Please specify the item affected and the damage that has occurred.Attach images of the damaged item as this will help our customer team resolve this for you without delay.

Please do not get rid of any item or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further. 

This is a completely normal situation. This just means that items of your order have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations or have a delay due to pre-order, sale items or back-order products that need to be replaced on a weekly basis to keep the product quality fresh and non-expired.
